Thank you both! I didn't notice that option in the boot menu settings.

Make mouse DPI persistent

Today I've been using a mouse with the Next. I've seen there's an option to configure mouse DPI and buttons in the NMI menu. I can set DPIs to: default, low, medium and high. But this setting resets to "default" as soon as I switch off my Next or hard-reset it. I've been searching for an option in t...

You need to do what the SpecNext told you: "Try setting date first"
(with .date (Manual Pages 258/259/260)).
Already did that the first day I received the Next. And also set time. Just in case I repeated but the error persists.

NXTP no valid RTC signature found

First sorry if this topic doesn't goes here. Don't knows exactly if it's hardware or software related. I've an Accelerated Next. I've setup it: RTC using .date and .time dot commands, wifi and so on. Today I was testing .nxtp dot command to put it into my "autoexec.bas" file. So I go to command mode...

Re: VS Code extension for Next BASIC

Ok, I’m not going to get involved in an argument with you advocatIng for devs not to be credited. Good luck with whatever it is you’re trying to achieve there. I’m out. I was not "argumenting" about nothing. Also not "trying to achieve" something. It's you that are taking this like a personal matte...

I know what you meant. I was supplying the missing information you omitted whem you only credited the person who compiled Matt's software, for the benefit of everyone else who reads this topic.
Think that credit was not necessary because @Ped7g already linked the original repository.

Re: VS Code extension for Next BASIC

Nice extension! I'm the one (jsanjose) who did the VScode extension for ZX Basic. About "injecting" files into the virtual SD that CSpect uses, you can use the Windows version of HDFMonkey available here: http://uto.speccy.org/downloads/hdfmonkey_windows.zip (credits to Uto for this utility) Hope yo...

Re: ZX-BASIC Syntax for Visual Studio Code

Done! Uploaded new version to Visual Studio Code Marketplace (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/it ... in.zxbasic)

It will auto-update, if you have it installed, the next time you open VS Code.

Please report if you see some error. ;)
