After you extract the archive (ZEsarUX_bin-5.0-debian8_x64.tar.gz ?) with "tar xzf ZEsarUX_bin-5.0-debian8_x64.tar.gz"
cd into the directory "cd ZEsarUX-5.0"
and try "./zesarux"

Hey all, I'm a collector (and user) of old computers, but my first computer (which I still have and still works) was a ZX81 (not a TS1000).
