I think you need to paste in the VERSION, CID and MASTERCODE for your specific card as well - worth saving the initial config file before overwriting.
Excellent point, yes you are correct

Re: PC to Next, or direct to the SD

Finally got the card working, here is my config if anyone needs it (W-04) I then connected to a server in finder, and typed in the IP address [WLANSD] DHCP_Enabled=NO IP_Address=(Fixed IP Here) Subnet_Mask=(Your Subnet Here) Default_Gateway=(Router Address Here) Preferred_DNS_Server=(Router Address ...

Re: PC to Next, or direct to the SD

Ok, a bit of progress. I have managed to connect to the card by setting it up as its own network (e.g. not joining to my main wifi network) which is fine, as I have Internet Pass through configured. The problem is it is read only, e.g. I can read from the card to my Mac, but not the other way around...

Re: PC to Next, or direct to the SD

P.S.:@robpearmain DCIM is the folder used for digital media. It's mainly used by cameras for pictures or videos. @Mac: The Mac also supports file shares or possibly direct copy commands. I think it is possible to use these. Maybe it is easier than this FlashAir stuff... (Are used to use bash (Termi...

Re: PC to Next, or direct to the SD

I am using a TOSHIBA Air WiFi card (W03) and it mostly works for moving files around - you do need to "remount" though as obviously NextOS will not know anout FAT allocation changes otherwise. I am also very close to using the WiFi module to do file transfer as well (the same principle should work ...

Re: PC to Next, or direct to the SD

Thanks for the info.

I used to be happy to sit for 7 mins as a tape loaded, now I can’t wait to move an SD from a PC to the Next 😀

PC to Next, or direct to the SD

Is there any way to write directly (transfer SNA) to the SD card from a PC while the SD card is in the Next

Would a wireless SD care be supported, or perhaps some kind of link cable?

Clipping Works on the Hardware

Hi So I have been using CSpect, and updated the layer2.asm example just before the comments with the following code (See https://www.specnext.com/tbblue-io-port-system/ for reference). Note, this is currently not implemented on CSpect. Essentially, the code sets layer2 to clip to 0,40 to 127,191, Sp...

Re: 0.7 SD card distro from facebook for Xmas

This is great, many thanks. Wish I had read about the Perixx keyboard more carefully, but the AB restore instructions were very clear, and I am now working with 1.92D, with a core of 1.10 and firmware of 1.04c Also, the VGA settings are great, perfect picture on my monitor by using VGA 6 (After undo...
