Re: Hello from Newcastle UK

Welcome to the forum - I have not been around for a while (actually the best bit about forums is the slower pace of life) due to other projects but, good to see new joins to the community . I am sure you will enjoy the build and then the final system.

Re: No signal using HDMI to DVI-D

I have never been able to get a signal through a HDMI to DVI connector on my monitors with the Next. Re: Sebastian from Sweden

Welcome to the community and it should not be a dream to get the networking going - there are a few people playing with the facilities and all the help we can get is welcome. I am currently working on the BASIC driver again so we should have more support soon.

Re: Hi from Kettering area, UK

Indeed all welcome here - I have a few C64's myself as well. Each have their strengths. You will not be disappointed with the Next it is just so well built and cute it really evokes the excitement of receiving a Sinclair computer.

Re: PI Zero as development environment?

The NextPI has a UART interface that runs at 115Kbs but, in theory could go higher. The old interface as you say tried to bus monitor signals but, relied on a bare metal bit of code as obviously a non real time OS like DietPI cannot keep up - in fact he bare metal barely did and certainly not at the...
