They didn’t pay Rick for the design work he did, and then chose to bastardise it in clunky nasty way.
Thats disgusting considering his history with the Sinclair brand. He even appeared in one of their trailers to help sell the Vega Plus...

Sad news regarding the Sinclair Vega Plus...

Okay, I just noticed a Youtuber has done a review on the Vega Plus and unfortunately the end result is just too vulgar. Looking at other scraps of news and its pretty bad... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gv6GR9Q3oFY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k9i2aBPKiRw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LArcGL...

Re: Kickstarter update #33

You would think with all the people bleating about "will it ever turn up" there would be few more "good glad it's almost done" posts here Maybe I have it wrong being happy it's progressing so well, Maybe it's more fun just to moan and groan  Well, naturally when people invest their money in a ...

Re: SD card won't boot...

I'm not the best person to ask as I dont own one of these marvelous machines and had trouble setting up the ZesarUX emulator, but have you tried other older/newer versions of TBBlue?

This might pass the time before someone more knowledgable chimes in...

Re: ZEsarUX 7.0

Saving the configuration was the missing step, and ZEsarUX boots up directly into NextOS.

Re: ZEsarUX 7.0

I've tried Alvin's mmc file but that sadly did not work. Also there is no zesaruxrc file to be seen in the entire file structure to delete. The "bad nextmmc.rom" persists, although when running ZEsarUX 6.0 I am able to load up to the usual 128K menu. Just to eliminate the possibility, how should I h...

Re: First steps into Z88DK...and many more to come!

I have to say, Robin, Godaddy does seem a solid service. And thats a interesting story you have there - organising any wedding must a real pain. For the time being I'm going to play along with Ehost( transferring to JustHost ), but really digging around I think Godaddy makes a lot of sense for domai...

Re: First steps into Z88DK...and many more to come!

Ah, the current site "Codestarlight.com" was real pain in the ass to aquire - it really wasnt a matter of cost but hassle. The first domain name I bought from EHost - actually purchased from them - ended up with Godaddy! Can you believe that? I actually spoke to Godaddy - who were far more helpful i...

Re: First steps into Z88DK...and many more to come!

Phew, its been a while. Taken some time out to catch up with the Megadrive, VGM Music Maker, DirectMusic Producer( my long-lost love! ) and going through Derek Morris' Retro Game Dev for the C64. Heresy, I know. Oh, having a huge headache with EHost changing to a new service and so I'll probably hav...
