Question about .spredit

Postby Protocultor » Tue Jul 07, 2020 3:15 pm

WARNING: Dumb question ahead!

Hello, I was wondering if there's a way to get rid of the mouse cursor sitting in the first two pixels in .spredit.
I don't use anything in the PS/2 port. I've tested every option in the "E" menu at startup (Keyb/mouse on PS2, Kmouse, etc.). I've installed, uninstalled and even removed /nextzxos/mouse.drv, and it doesn't get away.

Do I need to get an older version of .spredit? I've seen videos on Youtube, and only people using a mouse have the cursor.
I know it's a silly request, and the program works great, but my OCD doesn't leave me alone. Thanks for reading.

At the end, I copied /dot/SPREDIT from the original Next SD card to the new one as "SPREDIT1", so I could alternate between the two. There's no conflict, and works just fine.
