A mouse (using Kempston mode emulation) and keyboard can be connected simultaneously to the PS/2 port via a Y splitter cable. A USB keyboard can be connected if the keyboard is PS/2 compatible (via a PS/2 to USB converter).
Yes you can use the Ear/Mic port to save and load software from tape, or more modern recording and playback equipment
If you have the Pi0 accelerator fitted then you have access to USB and a mini HDMI port.
Note that with the combined Ear/Mic port, you will need a stereo to twin mono cable.
