Greetings from New Mexico

Post by varmfskii » Thu Jul 06, 2017 1:10 am

Hey all, I'm a collector (and user) of old computers, but my first computer (which I still have and still works) was a ZX81 (not a TS1000). In the realm of Spectrum stuff I have a Byte (an obscure clone from the Ukraine) and a TS2068. I'm really looking forward to getting my ZX Spectrum Next (it'll make it confusing with my two NeXTs).

Welcome Varmfskii.
I count 4 or 5 of us in the US. Could be more. I'm just now realizing we might have enough users to fill a booth in a Denny's somewhere.
I've got a Tinker Board, several iterations of Raspberry Pi's, PC's of odd pedigree and my ancient yet complete TI 99/4A with Peripheral Expansion Box.
Glad you are here.

I used to live in Grants and Truth or Consequences, NM in the early 90s. Now slumming it on the east coast in VA ;)

Maybe we'll end up in the same Denny's one day!

I went to high school in West Point. Left for NM the first time from '85 to '95 (Socorro). Most of my family is in VA.
