Is there anyone making and selling backplanes for ZX Spectrum?

Yes. But I was thinking of one with more than two bus connectors. The beste one I've found so far is this one:

I just need to buy several of these and connect them together if I need even more expansions.

Personally I'm almost certain I'll never connect anything to my Next - I just can't imagine any old crap I'd want to play with. But do keep in mind, that the Next PSU doesn't have that much oomph so too hardware much on the expansion port may lead to instability.

I'm not sure I would need it for a Next, but waiting for the next batch might be half a year or more. I'm trying to revive my old 48K with some new addons in the meantime.

The ZX bus has always been plagued with oxydation and poor contacts problems from the start (i.e. my first ZX81). In the end, my male connectors were thickly padded with tin solder to ensure firm contacts.

Hopefully modern golden contacts won't display such problems, but I've always thought about replacing them all with Eurocard connectors, the kind the SAM uses, but couldn't easily find a source (and my budget didn't allow such fancy expenses) at the time.

However, I still think it would be a much better way than the wobbly kind displayed above, especially when it comes to plug in heavy interfaces, such as my MGT+D, for instance.

Even standard IDC connectors (such as the PI Zero GPIO) would be much better (and the Next seems to have conveniently located holes beside the expansion bus connector).
