Hi from Manchester

Postby breakintoprogram » Mon May 24, 2021 7:47 pm

My name's Dean, but I usually go under the pseudonym 'Break Into Program' on social media and online. I'm a long-time Sinclair fan, and thanks to experience gained on my first computers (ZX81, then Spectrum) got a job in the games industry in Manchester.

I still work in software, but it's B2B cloud software, so could not get further away from my origins if I tried.

I do a fair amount of work in my spare time restoring vintage/retro computers, and have a couple of projects on the go at the moment, the BSX (a homebrew Z80-based breadboard computer), and BBC Basic for Next.

Eagerly awaiting my Next in the KS2 batch, in the meantime enjoying using it in emulation and on my MiSTer.

Hello Dean! Welcome to the forums!
Is there any news on when we may be able to buy a Next?
